HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE?
Of course we would appreciate as much notice as possible, in most cases we are able to contact and provide a Contract Closer within a two-hour period. Our best Contract Closers get booked quickly, so advance notice will ensure you have the best Signor available for your closing needs.

WHEN ARE THE CLOSERS AVAILABLE?
Contract Closers are available on a per file or per day basis. They will travel to your office location for closings arranged on-site or depending on the circumstances, will travel to the location of the closing off-site. They are available most any time of the day, including before and after normal business hours.

WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost for Contract Closers varies based on the individual circumstances. Closers are paid on a per file or per day basis. In general, the per file charge would range from $150.00 to $195.00. This would depend on the location of the closing and whether they would be required to download and copy the closing package. The per day rate for Contract Closers on-site is $425.00 to $500.00.
